Die oft klassisch anmutenden, figürlichen Arbeiten von Petra A. Wende sind von intensiver psychischer Ausstrahlungund erzählerischem Moment. Charakteristisch für die Künstlerin sind aufgebrochene Oberflächen strukturiert mit

archaischen /modernen Elementen. Auffällig ist die feine, fast zärtliche Darstellungsweise.

Die Plastiken und Skulpturen sind aus diversem Material: Aluminium, Beton, Bronze, Gips,Marmor, Raku, Terracotta, Sandstein. Die Bilder sind meist Mischtechniken.
